It’s great to say that at Fundacity we have signed up our first paying customers. We are officially a post-revenue startup. It is a great feeling. Paying customers validate our value assumption (that investors benefit from better organizing their startup investment process) and also validate our business model (that clients are able and willing to pay to receive our solution).
Charging for your product early stage has several benefits. It is advocated by several great startup methodologies such as the Lean Startup. I hope to explore in detail in a future blog.
